How to Qualify for Help1. You must be the custodial parent of your children.
2. Have an income between 30% below and 10% above the self-sufficiency standard as found here: http://www.selfsufficiencystandard.org/. 3. If you are in Salt Lake County, Utah County, or Weber County, Utah, you must work with People Helping People to learn how to increase your income and provide you and your family a better life. Call them at 1.855.303.5300. You must be able to provide a certificate of completion to be put on the waiting list. OR If you are in an area that has Circles, you can provide a certificate of completion from them as well. 4. Work with a financial mentor to help you stay on track to your goals. 5. Be willing to help and accept help from another single parent in your community. |
